1. Service Description

BeneluxInsights is a SaaS platform for product analysis on Amazon.be and other Benelux markets, offering BSR-based sales estimates, price analysis, and Excel export.

2. Account Creation

• Registration requires a valid email address.
• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Credit System

• Each product scan consumes 1 credit.
• Credits are purchased via Stripe.
• Purchased credits never expire.
• Registration bonus credits are valid for 90 days.

4. Prohibited Uses

• Use of automated bots or scrapers is prohibited.
• Activities violating Amazon's terms of service are prohibited.
• Unauthorized access to other users' accounts is prohibited.

5. Service Interruptions

We cannot be held responsible for temporary interruptions due to changes on the Amazon.be website. Contact our support for credit refunds during outages.

6. Intellectual Property

The platform software, design, and content belong to BeneluxInsights. Reselling platform data for commercial purposes is prohibited.

7. Termination

Accounts violating the terms may be closed without warning. Our refund policy applies to remaining unused credits.
