1. Service Description

BeneluxInsights is a market research platform for product analysis on leading European e-commerce marketplaces, offering sales-volume estimates, price analysis, and Excel export.

2. Account Creation

• Registration requires a valid email address.
• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Credit System

• Each product analysis consumes 1 credit.
• Credits are purchased through a secure, PCI-DSS certified payment infrastructure.
• Purchased credits never expire.
• Registration bonus credits are valid for 90 days.

4. Prohibited Uses

• Unauthorized automated access or activity that damages the platform infrastructure is prohibited.
• Commercial sharing of platform data with third parties is prohibited.
• Unauthorized access to other users' accounts is prohibited.

5. Service Interruptions

We cannot be held responsible for temporary interruptions due to technical changes at source marketplaces. Contact our support for credit refunds during outages.

6. Intellectual Property

The platform software, design, and content belong to BeneluxInsights. Reselling platform data for commercial purposes is prohibited.

7. Termination

Accounts violating the terms may be closed without warning. Our refund policy applies to remaining unused credits.
