1. Refund Conditions
- Technical problem blocking platform access: full refund within 14 days of purchase
- Unused credits: refund within 30 days of purchase
- Partially used credit packages: pro-rata refund of remaining unused credits
2. Non-Refundable Cases
- Used credits are not refundable
- Purchases older than 30 days (without technical issue)
- Accounts closed due to terms violation
3. Refund Process
